The service center is excellent, Charlie is fantastic at his job and have always been satisfied with the work. In fact the Service department was a major consideration in choosing this dealership. They pointed out that the door edge guard on the back drivers side door that they'd just installed was defective and they went ahead and ordered a new set at their own cost. Everyone is friendly, helpful and efficient. I've owned 6 Subaru's and this 2025 Forester Wilderness is the second Subaru purchased from this dealership - the first was my 2014 Outback.

Subaru owner since 1984. I have owned multiple Subarus, most for ten or more years, and driven 250 to 300 thousand miles. Dealership owners have changed.through the years, but still the same excellent service. Both sales and service processes are thorough and professional. No high pressure sales techniques. Employees go the distance to ensure customer satisfaction.

They're pretty good for the most part. The mechanics could be better at documenting issues instead of waiting until the 3rd repair to identify something that could have been taken care of the 1st time.

I was unexpectedly there for 3 hours. When my car was finished, even though I was staying onsite, when my car was finished, my spouse was texted. I don't know how long it was before I was retrieved from the waiting area, where I saud I would be.
Ok Only issue I have was my car was barely two months old and yes I had 6,000 miles on it which is a lot for a 2-month-old car but I was told my front wheels were out of line and both of them pointing to the outside I have a hard time thinking I did anything like that in 2 months time my opinion was it came like after the factory but whatever
